The Details: Why It Just Works
Here’s the thing—this upgrade only works because we obsessed over the details. We made sure the lamp matches the Anatol system down to the last detail, right down to the exact length and wattage. That means it fits perfectly and plays nice with the electrical load. The voltage is spot-on, so you never have to worry about under-powering or overloading the ballast. The result? Built to Handle the Heat
This thing runs a high-output UV source in a small, hot chamber. So we had to build it for the environment. That’s why we use quartz, not standard glass. It can handle the thermal shock and transmit the UV power without softening or failing. Inside, the gas fill and filament are tuned to heat up fast and keep the output steady, even through repeated flash cycles. The connectors, too, are designed to match the Anatol footprint. That means no fiddling. The lamp mates cleanly, which keeps the connection solid, cuts down on resistance, and keeps hot spots from forming. Installation? It’s literally a straight swap.
