Inside the Design: The Chemistry and the Connection
We chose a Gallium iodide fill for a reason. It shapes the spectral output, pushing the peak emission right into the UVA band—the sweet spot where most screen-printing inks cure best. The payoff is faster initiation and a deeper cure, even when you’re running at higher line speeds. Then there’s the quartz envelope.
