All those high-frequency ballasts and power supplies create a mess of electromagnetic interference (EMI). If your UV lamps aren’t built to handle that chaos, you’re going to deal with the headache of flickering lights, bulbs burning out way too soon, or curing speeds that just won’t stay steady.
Why lamps actually fail
Most of the time, it’s not the bulb’s fault. It’s about how the system handles the electrical noise around it. We tackle this by packing our lamps with better shielding and filtered circuitry. Think of it as a noise-canceling headset for your hardware. It stops the “cross-talk” that happens when you’ve got several high-voltage units crammed into a small space. The goal is a steady arc.
